At the initiative of the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic, an online platform for Distance Learning Courses for medical professionals in various specialties has been created and launched

The use of digital technologies in all areas to prevent the spread of infection during the COVID-19 pandemic is gaining momentum. As the health care system is now at the forefront of the fight against the pandemic, ensuring the health of patients and health care workers is one of its top priorities. Thuse, the Public Health and Reforms Center of the Ministry of Health, in cooperation with Medical University and the Azerbaijan State Institute for the Advanced Training for Physicians  with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), has given on-line platform for distance learning opportunities for health workers and publics.
